Im sure its prolly a frozen caliper. Youll have to get all new seals and rebuild whichever one or ones are not going back to origianl position.. I vehad to do this a couple times. Sand gets in there cuz the seals wear out and the piston sticks. Can eat away the disk and pad so do it fairly soon.
