After painting the car I didn't pulled over for anything for more than a year. I have still to this day never gotten a ticket in that car.

Thats messed up right there. My friend has the same problem. He's got a '84 Cutlass with switches and he gets pulled over all the time for no reason. In fact he got pulled over one time, the cop walks up to the driver door and says " I was expecting a ****** to be driving this car."
