Here is the current logo, as you can see it has the U of M symbol in it and we are no longer affiliated.

I am looking for something in black and silver or black and blue. I like the gear as the "O," but the symbol at the top left needs to change, maybe something turbo oriented?

I don't know, I'm hoping some creative minds out there will help me out, I'm willing to reward the best design...
