Poker tourny tonight, LaCroix's house
 

We are going to host a game tonight. Cards will be delt at 8pm.
rules:
We are following a blind schedule, they increase every 20 minutes.
No rabbit hunting! You wanted to see the next card? get off the pot and call.
Announced actions are binding. If you call out of turn, and they raise in front of you, you at least need to put in what you "called".
No fighting, No biting, and no pouting.
$20 buy in, payout structure to be as follows:
Less than 5, winner take all.
Less than 10, winner take all but $20.
Over 10, we'll figure it out.

We have 2 sets of chips, 2 decks of brand new KEM's, and 2 table's, we should be good.

Swanny won the first game, I didn't stay to see hwo won the 2nd. I got 2 or 3 good playing hands all damn night and the 2 I made a move on where strong but got rocked but swanny both times. Just a bad night. OH well, definatly a fun time. Anyone playing Sunday night? ;)

I won the 1st one, I was in 3rd on the 2nd one (about 200 behind 2nd player, john was huge chip lead). I went all in on a 1000 pot with K-Q suit, john called my 1800 bet with k-10 and caught a 10 on the river to take me out.
For his defense, it was a good call as far as pot odds are concerned, but as far as risk...It is probably the loosest call I've ever see him make.
Oh well.
My cousin Kurt came over, and ended up winning the 2nd game.
Kurt and I played heads up for over an hour for the first tourney.
Allan, we might get a game going sunday night, I'll call you.
It was fun, thanks to those that came out!
On the first game, I had k-k, with allan having J-J. I was first to act, bet out a bit, allan raised, I re-raised a bit, he went all in, I called.
It was a trap, but in his defense he was getting shitty cards.
Something similar happened the 2nd game.
