Shifting Roughly

Every once and a while my 2nd and reverse gears pop out. A couple of days ago my second gear did that to me and I pulled it back in a little aggressively but not like hercules and from then on it has been shifting a lot stiffer than it always used to. I have lubbed up the areas that move and it hasn't done a thing. No clue what is wrong.

Where have you lubed? Do you think you might have put a kink in one of the cables? Might want to check them.

Im thinking maybe clutch pedal assembly. Those seem to go quite often on our cars.

Do the simple shit first.

Check your adjustment
Check the master cylinder to see if there is any leaks
Check the slave to make sure its functioning properly (might have to have a second person for this)

And like Kevin said you can check the pedal assembly itself. But them tend to slowly go out, not just all of the sudden.

Worst case scenario is that you have chipped fork, or a spring that fell out of your disk. Unlikely but its possible because it happened to me a few times.
