cheap Tire mount/balence?
 

I'm getting my girl friend some alum wheels cause her steelies are like bent to hell, but to take 4 rims in to get mounted and balenced anywhere is like 100 bucks.... I am hoping either someone knows someplace cheaper or can give me the hookups for free or cheap or whatever, thanx... -Kreiner

I think it's around $6 each at Walmart. Some of the tire stores I went to wanted $35 EACH to mount/balance a tire.

100 bucks for mounting and balancing is pretty common, I couldnt find a better deal.

Just be glad you aren't driving a BMW, cause I'd pop ya for $180.00 And no that does not include the tires or valve stems.

I thought back when I worked at tires plus, it was 25 bucks..

I know that I can do it at work, but I dunno how happy the boss would be..

i can do it for pretty much nothing, i work at tires plus in blaine, just leave them with me for a while and i can get it done, i work tomorrow noon till close (8pm)

Sams Club is $9 per tire. I wont pay more than that unless its a set of wheels I dont want scuffed.

Only thing is, its gotta be done in like an evening or a weekend some time in jan, or next thursday or somthin, cause she works weekdays, and i dont have any spare rims and tires for her to drive on... next thursday though would work good...

Mike, I can mount and balance them at my work for you for free. Any weeknight after 9 or anytime on the weekend.

Hmm.. I need about the same thing. I need to get the tires that are on my rims right now put onto the stock rims [which don't have tires] so I can sell the Motegi's. every place right now is saying right around $100 total.
