Car stalls when put into nutral...

well i have just put a new clutch on my 98 gsx, i got new greddy BOV and other minor things that was needed, but now like the second i put the clutch in and put it in nutral or something the rpm's will drop very fast and it dies. i cant really describe it any other way. Any ideas anyone?

Is the BOV vented to atmosphere?
