Headlights.

My 1g has some pretty crappy headlights that a lot of times do not look like they are on in snow/rain. I want to get better projecting and brighter lights and I am wondering what any of you guys might like or have.?

don't get the fake "hiper whites" they are worse than regular headlights.

there';s probably an HID conversion out there but costs 500 bucks. maybe you could clean yours out and get regular color halogen bulbs or soemthing

Slyvania Silverstars. These are the best non-HID lights that I've found. I tried many different types and did plenty of research.

I also agree that Sylvana Silverstars are nice headlights. I put one on my old ass bike, and I can see the light reflecting off signs before its even dark, and the light is nice and even, not spotty...

Plus they last just aslong as normal Slyvania bulbs unlike the "JDM XENON" ones from eBay and are much brighter. Well worth the extra cost.

I too have used the Silverstars before and liked them a lot. They are a little spendy but worth it. Just remember, like any halogen, dont touch the bulb.

Silverstars are good but they don't last very long for how much they cost. Read their site for some of their bulbs. Some only have 100 hours of life.

I always use the Silverstars in my cars. I like them, and they seem to last me a good amount of time. I've had these ones in the car for like 3-4 months with no problems. I had a pair in my old GST for mabe 1 1/2 years, and then sold it. Bulbs never burnt out. I like them a lot!

+100 on the Silverstars. I use them in my car and have for the last 2 years I've owned it. Never replaced them once yet.
