Stripped Bolt?

I am finally taking off my turbo and replacing it with a 14b. Well we disconnected my downpipe and disconnects all the lines and we took out every bolt pretty much and i believe their is just one bolt left. we started to take everything off then we get to this bolt and it seems like it is stripped in the middle or something? It will unscrew a certain amount then it just stops and just spins? What would the best way to get this out? Can i just cut it and tap it out or how should i go about this.

thanks for all the help

Re: Stripped Bolt?

If your replacing the turbo take the whole thing off as a whole then just cut the bolt off outside the car.

Couldn't you use somethig with a cut off wheel, such as a dremel or a grinder?
