ok i have fuel cut often when i really gettin on it! if i buy 550cc injectors, do i have to buy a super afc? of can i just plug them in and feel the power, now dont make fun of me if this is soo stupid you wish id sell my dsm, im running stock turbo with maual boost controller, turbo xs type h rfl bov, if helps, and btw, i raced down i70 after work last night about 11pm, i got beat by a 93 honda DX, ugh he blew me away boys lol, so i pulled him over near the local walmart, he had a single ohc, 1.6 leter engine, with a crx header and a 16g eclipse turbo, intercooler off a ford powerstoke truck, lol and no exhaust, (just trubo,) his car was skokin alot, but he had one fast ass civic, he wrote his own computer stuff and all, just some fat black nerdy guy, i laughed at at a stop light before he kicked my ass on the hwy, he had a time slip that said 12.65, i was in aww, thanks josh just thought id share it with ya,

I wouldn't be suprised about the civic beating you but...

You will need a SAFC or some kind of fuel control to make your car run decent. If you slap on 550's without fuel control, you will run really rich. You wont see much of a gain if you dont. Your car may seem even slower. BTW how much boost you running? Do you have a fuel pump yet? What mods? You can hack your MAS to help with getting rid of fuel cut.

just save up your cash and get a the fuel pump afc and injectors in the spring, you cant really get a decent tune in the winter anyways. last year when i picked up my car i was hitting fuel cut like crazy in this weather. i just learned to keep it easy and dont boost during the winter. also i got a 2g maf and that helped out with my fuel cut problem.

so u have a MBC but no boost guage? not smart man. u might be runnin 20psi for all u know on that t25 on 92 octane, and then no wonder you're hittin fuel cut. hook up the boost gauge yourself, just look on www.vfaq.com

I'd recommend a boost gauge and the fuel control before you do much more.

Talk to Elite or QPR or something if you need helping hooking things up.

Jacek 12-19-2003 10:08 PM

turn the boost back to stock until you hook that gauge up.
