Misfire codes, 02 codes. etc

After numerous requests to get rid of bogus CELs, heres what I've come up with.Basically its a CEL buffer.Every time you start up your car(or maybe certain timed periods), it will check for stored codes, any codes that match the ignored codes list in its memory will not turn on the CEL.Any code that its not programmed to ignore will turn of the CEL as normal.Since it will be hooked up to both the CEL and the OBDII bus, I could easily add a feature which could blink the CEL to read out the non-ignored stored codes, so you wouldn't have to use a code reader to figure out what codes are stored.I could add an erase stored codes feature rather easily as well.

You guys who contacted me for a solution to your CEL problem, what do you think about his? If this would fit the bill, I could get working on it ASAP.Let me know.

What would we be looking at for cost? If its hooked up to the OBDII, Would we still be able to run a datalogger? or such? I am VERY interested!

Probably somewhere in the $100-$125 range for the DSMStyle guys. And it wouldn't affect the OBDII port or anything conected to it(logger, code reader, etc) at all.
