Anyone going? Should be a few people from St. Cloud going up for the night. Gates should open around 4 with racing til dusk or whenever they say last pass(8-9 or so).

Last year there were always a few bikes and even a sled... But I believe you need a leash on the bike if you run it. Call them and find out what the rules/regulations are if your intersted.

Come on guys, let's get some more DSMer's there. A bunch of us St.Cloud guys will be leaving from the station in Sauk Rapids around 5:00. :)

None of the DSMs down here run. And that track is too crappy on Wed nights to be worth the drive.

I actually got better 60 foot times at BIR than Rock Falls and BIR doesn't use any VHT on the Wendnesday night drags. BIR is a way better venue than Rock Falls. Of course, that ain't saying much. ;)

There will be a couple MN 3/S cars racing. A few more of us are coming up to watch. Matt J will be racing his 95 Spyder VR4. Come say hi to us if you see us.

Rock Falls obviously sucks also, it would be hard to find a track worse than RF in the US.

$20 to race, $5 to spectate. Nope, not every Wednesday. These are the remaining dates after today: Aug. 3rd, Aug. 24th, Sept. 7th, Sept. 21st, Oct. 8th

On another note, it looks like I won't be going to BIR tonight. Plans fell through. :(

Aug 3rd could be a good idea... they are talking about having some nitro guys there doing some practicing. If that is the case I'm sure they will be prepping the hell out of the track for that Wed. night.

As for tonight, had a bunch of 1.8x 60' times and one 1.75 60' which led to a 12.63 at 106 My car was running like shit... TOO DAMN HOT OUT!!!!! But it was fun none the less. Up until the last run of the night and burnt out the clutch. Car still runs just isn't any fun to drive anymore.

Hopfully have it going by the 3rd for a track with some traction and maybe some cooler temps. Otherwise, off to Tri-state.
