New Goodies!

A few things are being added or coming back.

Smilies, full arcade access for EVERYONE with more games, larger gallery and a video upload and hosting feature for all formats.

More to follow, but look for the arcade to be open to everyone regaurdless of group and post count by the end of the weekend.

If you want anything else added, tweaked, ect.... Post it up here!
