Poor engine performance, white smoke.....

Alright so about a month ago I was cruising around and riding the throttle pretty hard. SO I turned around to go home and it didn't have the power it used to. Car still ran fine but once it hit about 55mph it started to dog down pretty bad. So I parked and left it cause of time. Now I need it fixed and whatever it is the problem is getting worse and worse. Everytime I check something and take it out for a test drive it is getting worse. Now the car can barely make it down the street. Here is everything I have checked:
oil- clean no antifreeze
Compression- all four cylinders are within 5 psi of each other
intercooler pipe couplers
Spark plugs- no damage but white in color
Its not the turbo because I just bolted on a 16G EVO III and still has crappy perfomance

Now being that the plugs are white could mean a fuel problem, but I already have a new fuel pump in it, put it in last summer. So now its either the fuel pressure regulator or an air meter......but I don't know. I need this car up and running ASAP. There has to be some people in the Big Lake area that can help me .......... I need this car byb 2 p.m. on Monday

My car had a 14B intially when the problems started happening. And it ran fine a year before the problem a month ago. I got the 16G cause I wanted one, and because I thought maybe a blew the turbo. The smoke is probably from the oil and anitfreeze that spilled out during the turbo swap and its just residue. The question still remains ........ what the f$ck is wrong with my car 1995 TSi AWD, auto

Check your timing and make sure it didn't jump on you. Do a boost leak test to ensure you have none for sure.

You checked for coolant in you oil, that’s good but you can still get a bad head gasket, that only spits coolant into the cylinders with no oil mixing. If your getting coolant in to your cylinders, your plugs would be vary clean and white, and you would get alot of white smoke out the tail pipe.

Right...... but a blown head gasket would show up on a compression test

Not necessarily. Maybe the effects dont show until the engine is fully pressurized? I saw one that had 140ish compression that had a blown head gasket. White smoke means basically one thing.. coolant.

well now its missing. The white smoke didn't happen until after I installed the 16G. Not before
