what should he look out for before he buys it. i believe the spyders have the 2.4L its not the 4g63. anyone for sure what it is? or have any pointers of what to look for. the thing has 147k on it and is 5sp

Make sure it says GST on the back of it.

Does he even know if it is the gst or non-turbo. The gst will have the 4g63, the non will have a 420A.

No it wont. The non turbo spyder has the 4g64 2.4L SOHC motor.

How much are you looking to get? I know someone who wanted a spyder but I am not sure if he still does.

sorry its a non turbo, and yes im pretty sure the spyders have the 2.4 not the 420A

Why is there any doubt? GS Spyders have 4G64 engines and nothing else.
