Full Tummy=Sleep

I have been tring to lose alittle bit of the winter weight. I have found that my biggest problem is that I have to be full to fall asleep. Anyone have advice?

Stop eating, throw up after the meals you do have, and move constantly.

I have heard herion is great for losing weight... I have been watching myself too, but I don't have a problem falling asleep. Excersize a lot, then you will be tired.

Ever seen a meth addict? A friend of mine, his sister was hooked on meth, she ended up looking like a rat. She went from 140 lbs to under 100 lbs in less than a couple weeks. Ick.

Reid, a friend of mine chews gum and drinks lots of water when he is hungry at night. Works for him.

you could try eating something healthy before bed. you know fruit, rice cakes, um yeah other stuff.
I suggest not going the crack, meth, vomitting, cutting off excess fat route.

I would just avoid eating anything with sugar (even fruits) as it will be more prone to keep you awake.

I think once you get in the habit of not eating 2-3 hours before bedtime you'll find it easier.

You not fat, Your Pleasently Plump.
Just go on the mc donalds diet and watch the pounds melt away. I also hear that by eating Straight Lard you will shed pounds in no time.

I went there because it was cheap and nothing else sounded good, less than $4 for the 2 cheeseburger meal. I ate half the fries and one burger and started feeling like shit...

If you read the rules or the thread when we were having problems, it bascially stated that we can not have nipples, etc showing. There is nothing wrong with a sexy pic, as long as it's not showing anything. Then people through a hissy, so most ppl just went back to regualr avatar's....

Trying to gain weight? I'll give you some of mine. ;)
