Anyone attending or putting a car into Car Craft this year? I would like to dyno the GSX there.

If my car holds together and I dyno some decent numbers I might. I am going for sure but it all depends on that when the time comes.

You know that's on the July 15th-17th weekend and the DSMstyle dyno day is on the 17th.

I will probably go the 15th and 16th but I believe the big events are on sunday. Like the burnout contest, dyno, and cruise.

I usually go just to see the cars, but since the dyno day at elite would be on that Sunday, I prolly won't be able to get the whole weekend off.

I plan on attending with my V8 Fiero, seems more fitting for Car Craft. I may bring the Talon if there is a good sized DSM turn out, maybe I'll just bring both cars. We should try and get an area for DSMs, I know TCStangs does something like this at Car Craft.

I've never been to car craft. Other than events listed what's the attraction? Just a huge car event like back to the 50s?

It isn't just old cars, it is all cars. You basically choose a place to park in the show or just drive around really slow in a circle and overheating your motor. It is fun none the less as you can see a whole lot of cool cars. The occasional rice and dumb domestic hicks are there, but they are pretty few.

I could be wrong but; I think the most powerful car there last year put out about 700whp, so you should blown the V8 guys minds.
