Floating Idle
 

Not sure exactly where to post this but, Girlfriends car now has a floating idle between 1200 and 1600 rpm. she has about 1000 miles on her turbo setup. I have had two ideas thrown at me sticky valves or pusing boost out a vaccum line. Those two seem like the likely culprets? I'm praying like hell for vaccum leak.

I've seen this on a few boosted honda's.I never got a chance to dig into it, but If your problem is the same as these, I think it has something to do with the throttle body

Idle Air Control Valve probably has oil in it. It drives me nuts the car i need to work on is 45 miles away
