2g CAS install help needed.
 

Once my head is done i'm gonna need to put my CAS back on. I have a question regarding it. Inside the CAS cover is the thing that spins with the cam. It can go 180 degrees one way or the other. Assuming that everything is at TDC, how do i know which way to put the CAM sensor. I don't see any alignment marks on the rotating part or the casing.

there are 2 spots. One on the head in the hole and another on the end of one side of the cas. Line them up. Dont force it in the hole either, Some people make this mistake and brake shit.

Not sure about breaking shit but there is a "V" on the end of the spinning part. THere is a "." on the outer part of the CAS that does not spin. Those should be aligned. There is a pic on vfaq I believe. The maering will lineup inside the noch on one of the ends of the CAS.
