Poker Party Saturday April 2nd
 

If I can get ahold of the party room again, would you guys want to have a poker party tomorrow? I know this is short notice but I hear there is some interest.

I haven't got the room reserved yet, but I doubt it will be difficult. I will go down there right away in the morning tomorrow and find out. I will then post up what I find out.

If we could, I would like to get started either 3pm or 4pm. It will be the regular tournament style with maybe a change game for those that go out early. We have room for more than 15 or so players. Post up, call me or PM me if you want to come.

Here's the directions:

Coming from the north:
1. Take 35W or 35E south to County Rd 42.
2. Take a left on County Rd. 42.
3. Go down to County Rd 11 (Labeled Lac Laven RD [or DR or ave I don't remember]).
4. Take a left on County Rd. 11.
5. Go down County Rd. 11 to McAndrews Rd (County Rd 38) and take a right.
6. Go to the first road on the right and take a right (echo park lane).
7. Go to the third main parking lot on the right (Echo Park cirle) and find either a spot in the lot (not in front of any garages) or on the street. This is the turn in for the rental office. Go into the rental office and turn right and go down the stairs. We will be down there. Please do not have your radios (and/or bass) turned up loud when pulling into the lot. And please drive gently around the townhomes. We get pissed off at people that live around here for driving like maniacs so please don't add to them.


Coming from the south:
1. Take 35 north to 35E North.
2. Go to County Rd 42 and take a right.
3. Continue on with the rest from number 3 above.

Anywhere else, pm me and I'll give you specific directions from where you are. If you want to do a mapquest search, the address is 13901 Echo Park Circle, Burnsville 55337.

Actually, I didn't see the date or time till now, I thought we were planning for next weekend. No way I can do it this weekend, too many things have to get done :(

You bastard. I just went down and reserved the room.

Well, how many people want to do this tomorrow? I can switch the reservation to tomorrow. We would have to start around 2pm or so. We can only be in there until 8pm.

Post up if that works better and what time you would want it to happen.

I can't go tomorrow, cuz I'm going to the MNSC/DSMstyle meet in Eden Prairie. Maybe we should just shoot for next weekend...

I never knew how close you lived though, Erik! I'm just on the border of AV/Burnsville/Lakeville, and drive past there all the time. If I'd have paid attention to last time you had the tourney, I would have at least dropped by for a little while.

Well now I don't have work but I'm w/with Jana and her family for the new baby. I may give yo a call later to see if anyone is playing anywhere later tonight.

I have the party room reserved for tomorrow (sunday) so we can do it then. I could probably get it for next saturday or sunday as well.

I completely forgot about the meet today. I'll make a new post for next saturday.
