Posting Pics
 

Am I the only one having problem posting pictures recently? I can't seem to attach anything to posts, or even through the gallery. I tried changing file names, locations, etc... Everytime I try to attach to a post or through the gallery it pops up the seperate window fine, allows me to pick the files, then when I hit upload it just dumps me to that default error page through IE.

Am I doing something wrong?

I get the same thing unless the pictures are edited to be quite small (around 800X600 or so...) Some pictures work fine though and others dont unless you make them smaller.

What would one use to make an image smaller?

Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, etc.

Anything freeware? Or something that may have come with windows XP home?

Go into the Start Menu, --->All programs, --->Accessories, ---> Paint.

It will allow you to shrink or stretch the image.

Open your image, click on the Image tab, set the % you want the image to be and click ok.

Cool, thanks. And just incase, I am not computer retarded, I just know nothing about images and picture mutations.
