Was anybody watching the MythBusters tonight. They loaded a cement truck with explosives and set it off. The truck was about 1/2 full with hardened cement. The explosion was so massive one of the MythBusters was able to pick up a complete piston and connecting rod off the dirt that was blown out of the engine. :eek:

The coolest explosion I've seen on film was when a train full of tanker cars filled with liquid tar caught fire. The camera crew was a half mile away observing it when one of the tankers exploded. It looked like a nuclear mushroom cloud, and it was so big that the crew felt the heat... They quickly moved away after that. They did a slow motion frame by frame shot of the explosion and you could see the tanker car flying through the air... It landed a mile away in a farmer's field.

Yeah that was a good explosion on the cement truck, but I wanted to see them drill a hole in the cement and then drop the smaller dynamite sticks in the hole the drilled detonate. Not just setting them on the surface.
Now the salsa in the jail was sweet as hell with the DC current it ate one of the bars away.

yeah I watched the rerun later tonight....I loved how the guy jumped after the explosion ocurred and he was a mile away. Must of shook the ground pretty good.
