Engine Torque Dampers

I've seen a few different brands of these, I know there is one for evo's. Could be a nice alternative to stiff engine mounts. I just remember in my old 1G, the engine would move the car forward when I revved it. Know of anyone with one of these on a 1G or a 2G? They all seem to be modeled after one made by J's racing. Weapon R makes one for evo's, HPI makes one, as does Ingalls and some other companys.

Are you talking about those shocks that attack to the engine and to a solid point on the car? Urethane motor mounts aren't good enough?
