Mitsu wins the Dakar Rally again!!
 

the Montero Evos finished one-two 3hrs ahead of their next closest competitor. this is mitsus 5th consecutive win and 10th victory overall, setting world records in both cases.

pretty schweeet!! too bad they didn't televise the damn thing here like they did last year, watching the dakar is pretty awesome imho.

Actually the Dakar is on OLN, but it will be delayed. I think it actually starts this week!

Excellent, I love watching the Dakar. I was thinking about buiding the S10 for this event specifically, but i think ground clearance could be an issue. Anyone here consider running a DSM in this event?

I love watching the Dakar Rally. The crap they have to drive through is unbelievable. Every few years, some rally drivers get shot at by thugs and theives. Mitsubishi has just dominated the Dakar Rally the last several years. I remember two years ago, there were seven Mitsus in the top ten.

I saw that OLN was going to broadcast the Dakar Rally starting this Saturday. I was really bummed when I figured out that Speed wasn't showing it.

I have Comcast cable in the northwest suburbs. OLN is channel 68 here.
