Download and install.Go to google and type "bittorrent sites" or "torrent sharing sites" or something similar and a million torrent sites will appear.

I use BitTorrent Experimental. I think the one he has linked is the same one I use. It allows you to set max upload speed and how many can upload off you so it cant saturate your connection.

www.torrentspy.com is the site I use now that suprnova.org is down.
