hes a cop, hes not getting shit. Thats life. he could have shot the guy and got away from it. Sure i hope mn is good enough to kick this guy off the force and give him some jail time, but they wont, they are too bust busting street racers. he should be charged with attempted manslaughter, off duty police officer gets in an argument at a public event and pulls out a gun when he was never threatened. Fuck that pig lets roast him, anyone for a BLT.
