Auto seatbelts not working...?
 

Eclipse is FINALLY insured (cant wait to drive it). Some electrical problems though: Automatic seatbelts are not working, they are stuck. Center counsole lights/overhead lights dont work. Fuses are GOOD. Fusible link is GOOD. Altranator is new. Caps in ECU are fine. What would cause this? How can i fix it?

Heres a few ideas i have had:
Switch for door open/closed is bad/loose.
+/-Battery wires need new ends (mine arent too bad).
Low voltage on battery (im charging it inside tonight, hopefully its not toast).
