Is this the SA or Amaco in south mpls? Either one has always been bad, the SA is worst but...never the less. Hmm, maybe I'm mistaken. Anyways, 90% of the time I feel bad for gas station clerks.

Reason why I think every person working overnights in a gas station should be behind those glass windows or have a fucking shotgun readily available.

Not shit, and the fuckers that robbed them probably got a couple hundred dollars.

CRAIG

I was always curious. I'm kinda from the nice suburb area, and there were a lot of SA's and Holiday's that didn't have any sort of protective glass or whatever. They just worked at a raised register area right in the middle of the floor with no protection. Why would they do that and not put them behind some safety glass or whatever? I mean nice neighborhood or not, you can still get a crazy passin thru

I go to that Gas station all the time with my son, not anymore. The place is under new Management by some nice guys, it use to be a Mobil. The new management put alot of new cameras, and have tried to curb some of the loitering, that might have something to do with the shooting. I'm just sick of seeing people just throwing their lives away, over stupid shit. why kill someone just go buy a DSM and take out your aggressions on your car (like I do). oh well sometimes you have to laugh so you don't cry.

Got the Alert Bulletin (like an APB) on this...

Looking for a Red 88 Chevrolet Beretta. Gun used was a .380. 2 males, one tall 6'4", and another muscular build 6'0". Accompanied by lone unidentified female described as thin.

If I remember right, this was classified as a Homicide. My condolances to your friends and their families.

The average Gas Station robbery usually scores less than $100.

Not that the MN job market is the greatest or anything right now, but if someone is a convicted felon (and not saying all those who rob gas stations are) then even getting a job at mcdonalds to pay bills is a shot in the dark.

If someone is crazy/stupid enough to do this, the job wouldn't be a cure IMO.

Turns out the guy that got shot was an old manager at my Sears. Everyone is going to his wake tonight. He was pretty old.

My ex-girlfriend lives really close there here i think. Is there McDonalds just to the south of it and a Hardware store and Dairy Queen just to the north? If so, she's like 3 blocks aways and i used to get gas there all the time on my way out.
