I have made the new desk where only Admin and Mods can start a new topic, but this is now the thread where you can ask questions about the site, and make suggestions.

From there if I feel a new thread is needed we will make one.

Are you planning on doing a "member cleanup" in at all to can all of the accounts that have been registered for X days without any activity?

I think he does it periodically, and from what I have seen he has just done it somewhat recently.
