X-RATED SEASON CLOSER - NOVEMBER 1st.

This is to see what and if people will attend this season ending event. We thought of this to do because at Elite there is a season opener and we figured why not end the season the same way.

-Dyno wars ($55 for 2 pulls, $25 each after that)
-Time slip wars (who had the best runs in each category this season only)
-Music (will be playing instead of being drowned out by a dyno run
-Food (yes the grille will be alive, cheap food for feeding your face)
-Drink (no alcohol, sorry we are not a bar)

The event is tentatively scheduled for the 1st or 2nd of November Yeah we know its gonna be cold but what better way to force everyone inside to meet and get to know eachother and watch dyno runs and stuff? It would go from 12 noon to about 6PM.

Thanks for your interest if you are wanting to come that will be great. the number of people that want to come will determine if we have it or not.

Tyler I had the same issue with getting people to confirm if they would be there or not. CHances are no matter when you have it your gonna have a good turn out. Props to Elite for doing this again, it was a blast when we had a DSMStyle.com event there and now XRated is gonna tear it up. If I am not in IA I will be there! If you need any help with anything hit me up. Come on guys get those cars out there on the dyno one last time before the snow hits!

I wouldn't be able to make the 26th (sunday) date but I would be able to make Nov 1st. I probly wouldn't dyno though. I dont have the know how or the money to convert to fwd for a day.

For $55, I would dyno my car. That is if I can fix the overheating problem, but I think I have that narrowed down. Nov. 1 would work best for me, but 10-26 would work too.

I think i'd be able 2 make it the 26th not the 1st, but i dont think i'll be dynoing...to see my power i could just check out the specks of a neon, damn 420a... :headache:

I might come, I guess it depends if CVD will let me or not. Either date works for me, I guess the 26th would be better, since I want to head down for some racing that Sat anyway.

Well as of right now people its tentative. If it does go down it will be Nov. 1st or 2nd. We are unsure though if it will be too cold.

This is for winterizing numbers which is nice to know before you do all kinds of crazy winter mods. Then you for sure get to see what you make more of in your springtime runs. Also of course you get to meet more of your midwest import enthusiasts. We will compile a list here of DSMstyle attendees soon.

I am pretty sure Jet and I would attend if you have it. We are from Minnesota, who gives a shit about the cold or a little snow if there is no salt on the road...
Thats unless you drive a FWD....woohahaha

Any AWD vehicles will have to be ready to go on the dyno prior to arrival. NO VC swapping. It takes too much time and space.

If at all possible when you get here do one of two things with having the VC already in there:
1.) take your driveshaft out prior to arrival and show up as a FWD.
2.) before you enter the dyno area get your diff off your car.

I know this is a problem for some of you guys but we are trying to do this as smooth and as fast as possible. So if you can have your rides ready before they pull in that would be great.
