Is there any settings i need to be aware of that would be different between an auto and a manual? I dont know if it would be any different because it is rpm based and not shift based but ya never know, freakin autos.

Yes, there is a reverse wire mod that will tell the AFC to advance timing and add fuel when you're on the throttle in reverse. This will allow you to make the best reverse launches known to man.

No, Everything is the same unless you got some kind of "backwards" ecu. ;-)
