I seen your car at last years cookout, its super clean. I like the wheels on it too, its hard to find decent wheels for a 1G.

CRAIG

FORSFED 11-13-2004 05:51 PM

It is kind of hard to get the right wheels. The thing I liked about these were that they were close to stock looking with the extra twist.

LightningGSX 11-13-2004 06:07 PM

That maroon color fits perfect on that car.One of the best looking 1gs I have seen.

SuperSleeper 11-13-2004 06:37 PM

Looks awesome man! :D

it's funny, in florida i once got a flyby from a DSM with basically the same plate. only Fl. plates (or course) but hey. there you go. nice.

niterydr 11-14-2004 12:29 AM

like I said, one of my favorite 1g's.

Mine as well, Steve has excellent attention to detail and it shows all over this car. Very nice. Thanks for posting pics Steve.

Looks like a great car :)

SlowWhite 11-15-2004 08:20 AM

I like the interior work... did you do it yourself?

curt_gendron 11-15-2004 09:44 AM

Looks good!! I saw it when it was in progress. It was a couple of months ago when Chris D bought your low-gloss blue 1g. ;)

later,
Curt

FORSFED 11-15-2004 03:03 PM

Thanks for the comments guys, makes it feel like all the work was more worth it. If it weren't for my anal retentiveness I might have been driving it a couple months earlier! Oh well, it's better this way.

FYI - I did do the interior work myself, Carbon Fiber dash overlay, Fiberglass kick panels, door panels, and even more to come once the cage is in it and I have to fill in the hatch area.

How's Ol' Blue been running these days Curt?

1ViciousGSX 11-15-2004 06:30 PM

Chris has been really happy with it. It runs like a champ.

Awesome, I'm really glad (yet sadly dissappointed at the same time) to hear that. I miss that car!
