Dream Car

So what is everyone's dream car? I asked this about two years back and it would be cool to see how things changed.

As for me, I love the R34 Skyline. I fell in love with it back in 2000 and I still think it's a scaled down version of God. I'd put up a pic of with a properly Modded R34 looks like but i don't have one small enough.

I think my dream car would be a 350Z

1ViciousGSX 11-07-2004 01:58 AM

McLauren F1

But,
I'd settle for the Lingenfelter TT Corvette
1997-2004 Corvette Twin Turbo LS1, ZO6
427 CID 725 BHP / 730 lbs-ft of torque
0-60 MPH 3.2 seconds with street tires
1/4 mile 9.50 @ 145 MPH with ET street tires
Estimated top speed 230+

Check it out
http://www.lingenfelter.com/lpe%20-%...ec%20Vette.mov

Or Joe Rogan's "Sick Fish".

DSM97RS 11-07-2004 03:08 AM

after driving it, id have to say a mercedes benz e55 amg
or a koenigsegg
or lamborghini gallardo

SuperSleeper 11-07-2004 08:18 AM

Porsche Carerra GT, Pagani Zonda 12S, or a Tommy Kaira ZZII.

Non-supercar... I'd have to go Mitsu Evo VII

Matt D. 11-07-2004 09:28 AM

Definitely a Porsche Carerra GT... After seeing a video of one being driven it seriously screams "street legal racecar".

Hopefully realistic someday......

The new Bugatti coming out. I can't remember what they are calling it but it puts down over 950 hp from the factory. 920-some torq. They were previewing it on Autoline this morning.

Otherwise, my dream car from highschool was the 68 Camaro. Hideaway headlights, rally striping package and possibly a convertible.

Enes 11-07-2004 12:54 PM

hmm.. slk F1 .. dream car..

but now after i wake up..

i'd say rwd 2g eclipse... black with black interior.. tubed in the back with nice meets on it ...

but i'm just going to settle for the fwd one sitting in the garage... :(

Probably a diablo vttt would still be my favorite.
But i'll 'settle' for the stealth when its done, for now.

White 1991 GSX with black leather.

john 11-07-2004 05:10 PM

Any good running dsm will do for me. To bad there is no such thing... A ferrari Enzo would be good though along with a porsche carrera gt.

LightningGSX 11-07-2004 05:43 PM

Old school 73 Porsche 917
1760 lbs
820 Ft/lbs Torque
1100 Hp (there was even a 1500 hp model)
0-60 in 2.1 seconds
0-100 in 3.9 seconds
0-200 in 13.4 seconds
Maximum speed of 250+ Mph

JustROLLIN 11-07-2004 07:05 PM

I would either go for the MKIV or a mint Datsun 510.

1slowdsm 11-07-2004 07:10 PM

I'd have to go with Grey Wulf on this one. The Nissan Skyline would be my dream car, just like almost every other asian person around here....haha. Or the Bugatti Veyron...that thing is bad***. Its just like a Mclaren F1.

Shotgun! 11-07-2004 07:24 PM

Stock block and a Trust T88-34D at 1.8 Bar.
I'd go for a ZZII...in blue
