That's with Nitrous, sir. |
I think the record he was talking about was a new personal best. Which just happens to also be the quickest 4G63
Brent wasn't running nitrous.
Yep, nitrous is illegal for his setup, in his class.
I am pretty sure nitrous is legal in his class. I think 4 cylinders can run it without any penalties, but the only way 6 cylinder cars in his class can run it is if they weigh more and run gasoline.
I think he would have to switch to gas to run nitrous too. The Supra guys were getting all pissy saying that he was spraying, but he wasn't.
So how much boost is he running these days anyways?

It's over well 40psi and his timing wouldn't matter to us, since he runs methanol. It's hard enough to even compare timing numbers between 1Gs and 2Gs, stock ECUs and standalones, 2.0s and 2.4s, pump gas and C16, Bobby and Steves 110 and C16, etc. Every setup is different.
lol.. the diesel guy that was at the track last weekend was pushing 70PSI ... lol on twin turbo 6 cyl..
