Tried it, what a bitch!!! Couldnt get the bottom bolt off. I think i may have striped it I donno tho. You cant see shit and there is no room. How much does that cost to get done? worked on it for like 2 1/2 hours and all I got out of it was cut up arms and a bad mood.

Where you using a flair wrench? You can get a set cheap at northern. They are also great for working on brake lines, fuel lines ect.

(This post assumes you are talking about the fuel line going into the filter itself)

I can't get mine out with the motor out of the car. Tht top bolt won't even come off with a 600 lb impact wrench.

yea 1gs are easier.. bolts still are a pain in the ass but you can access them much easier. Its located on the passenger side fire wall area.
