This morning, my Uncle Jim passed away. He was my Mom's Brother. He was in an accident a couple of weeks ago, and just didn't come around. There is a memorial/benefit cruise for him on Sunday, you can read about that in General Events.

BUT WHAT I NEED YOUR HELP WITH...

Some of you have met my mother. She actually frequents this site just to keep up with me... ;)

But she's having a really hard time with it. She could really use some support and cheering up. I'm worried about her.

So if the spirit so moves you, I'd invite you to drop her a note at the address listed below, anything will do. She loves you guys, and loves the car scene. She was actually one of the "racer chicks" when she was in HS. She owned a 1970 Chev Camaro with a moderately built 305. She loved when some of you guys came to Trout Days this last year and years prior.

So if you wouldn't mind dropping her a note, just to cheer her up, that would be great. I've done everything I know how to do, and it's not working very well.
