I get this everytime I send or try to send a PM:

Mail Error!

SMTP protocol failure!
Host: mail.dsmstyle.com
Return Code: 502
Return Msg: 502 unimplemented (#5.5.1)
Invision Power Board Error: This server does not support authorisation
Check your SMTP settings from the admin control panel

What the hell does that mean?

setings on the mail server and on the message board are not set up apropriately... or not correct information
