'95-'96 turbo eclipses came with the 3-piece spoiler, not the bow tie. I didn't put it on for obvious reasons

I am guessing that he is going for the sleeper look to look like a NA 97-99. Your car looks good though. I do think you misspelled it and you ment to put 1G < 2G ak 1g is less than 2G
