2 things i need help with:

1)any can tell me what these 3 left over wires on my turbo timer are and do i need to have them hooked up... they are the red, white & green ones..

note: i have the apexi (pen style) turbo timer with a greddy wiring harness...

2) the other thing question i have if you would to start the car and let it run for a little bit then turn it off and remove the key, shouldn't the turbo timer still keep my car running for like 30 secs? but in my case if i was to turn on and then shut it off and remove the key the car still shuts off but the turbo timer stays and counts down from 30sec then it'll shut off, do any of you know why it does that...
