ive got the middle one there they just call it'pocket bike'

personally i wouldnt buy the ninja type. its heavier, and i think it is slower also...who the hell needs lights and ect crap on it anyways?

they are defenitly fun to ride and screw around on thuo..

i want one just to have someone take a picture of my fat ass riding it.
it'd be funny as hell!!!

SlowWhite 07-14-2004 08:27 AM

Definetely take pictures if it's bigger then the standard pocket bike I'd probably be interested in getting one.

Bring it to the shootout so we can drag race something other than a scooter.

1Fst14B 07-14-2004 05:59 PM

that style is a bit bigger...but defenitly slower and worse handling...
i am 6'1 and almost 200, i fit just fine on my mini rocket, and ive seen bigger people than me on there without a problem...

also the aftermarket on the smaller ones (cag/ZR/daytona) is much better. you cant find shit for the bigger ones(even if they say its 'performance' its really not...)

the bigger ones have alot more electrical also, and if you have seen the quality of these bikes, you want to keep it simple, cus whatever is there will break.

go to pocketbikex.com and check it out...there is alot of info there, i highly suggest doing homework on this, even thou it is just pocket change...
specifically check out this:

yeah thats why i put the credit card away last night i want to research and figure this shit out. i want one that is like 75 cc but i cannot seem to find anything bigger then the standard 50 cc which makes it a glorified moped. since a few of you know more about it then i do, which one is the best bang for the buck i would be willing to spend a few hundred more to get a faster one alteast. w/o remote start and an alarm HOW GAY! but pimp at the same time.

1Fst14B 07-14-2004 07:27 PM

its all a marketing ploy...the 47 and 49cc are usually only 39cc...

the cag/daytona/ZR is basically a replica of a blata 2.5 . basically IMO is the only one to get for the $$$

i dont think you will find anything over 50CC in a pocketbike...maybe in a midbike like a X1, but no pocketbike....most are 39cc

any other Q's, go ahead....

also, i plan of getting the pocketbike to the SO this year, possibly nate burgess' bike also...
