I wish I was an admin and knew what you were talking about.
Admin? What does that have to do with it?

We were just giving Brian a hard time about this thread:

Well I didn't want to Get in trouble if there was work.

And usually on our Nash Finch Callendars they mark all of there Paid Holidays in red. But July 5th wasn't.

I really hate this company sometimes - to get them to be honest about anything now a days is really hard.

I asked for something in writing with all the Paid Holidays, All the incentives, all the benifits, etc. months ago.

I was basically looking for something that says:

1 year of work = 1 week paid vacation 1 week paid sick time
3 years of work = 2 weeks paid vacation 1.5 weeks paid sick time
5 years = 3 weeks paid vacation 2 weeks paid sick time

etc.

I also know there is a pay raise thing here I saw the policy posted when I first started someplace but trying to get them to give me a copy of that kind of stuff is rediculious.

Anyways :fworld: heheh and it was July 5th I came in not July 4th (we're not open on Sundays)

And all other jobs I've had up until Nash (I've even had to work on the 4th, and New Years Day)

And Nash is really coming down hard on any and all foul ups. So I'd rather come in and have there not be work, Then not come in and get fired. which they seem to do these days when it comes to people who've been here a while (ie: it's cheaper for them to hire a newbie vs pay someone who's been here for years)
