It's deciding when to quit that's tough. This is my 4th day without a smoke. I'm doing good. I can breath. Mind over matter. :thumbsup:

Thats pretty cool man. I am going to give it a shot one of these days. But, I will prolly still smoke when I drink.

Day five. :thumbsup: no smokes, but I must have inhaled 5 packs worth of campfire and gunpowder smoke last night. :D :toast:

I'll have one for ya. I'm gonna try to cold turkey it again one of these days.
