-I love everything- exc: the MBC- I'm surprised that people spend alot of money on everything but the boost controler.(HKS EVC never pop the hood to adjust)
and the air filter sucking in all that hot air from the radiator. well now that I sound like a jealous bitch I'm going to say, your car is still cool as hell. :3gears: b

Kracka 07-01-2004 10:30 AM

Nice valve cover man, brings back the memories ;)

illz 07-01-2004 10:37 AM

why not move the air filter over to the left in the normal spot, cut out a hole next to the UICP passthrough hole and duct some air up from the passenger bumper opening

THe electronic boost controllers do not react as quickly as MBCs. A test was done a while ago comparing a whole bunch, and all of the electronic ones had little boost spikes and creeps before leveling off at the set boost level.

My EVC acts the same way my old MBC did, but with options like helping with boost creap. :grouphug:

Honestly, they don't act the same. It's been proven already. ;)

unreal808 07-01-2004 11:35 AM

IMOP I can live with that, but I hate poping the hood sometimes three times a day because of the ambient temp. plus if I shut it off it helps the FWD in rain less boost.

Enes 07-01-2004 11:37 AM

throtle controll.. get rid of the lead food that helps in the temperature controlls ;)

edit: shouldn't of slept during the ESL classes :headache:

I believe I have a couple good pictures of Enes' car from Saturday that I'll try to post up tonight.

Sticky Rice 07-01-2004 01:00 PM

Ive seen the car before when it was all apart, and back then it looked sweet, looks even better now, nice job Enes.

How many threads are going to be opened like this? There are so many threads with only pics of Enes' car. No point to them. I should open one myself.....need to get the head finished and back on my car. Then I could post pics of my car in the garage with the head off. Or how about a thread titled, "Need to clean the bird shit off my window."

I am done.
