Yestersday I am almost positive that I personally set the record for throwing up the most on a plane. This last weekend I was in Savannah for a wedding. Durring the coarse of the weekend I picked up a sweet case of food poisoning. I beleive I caught it from bad shrimp on Saturday night durring the wedding. I remember a couple of them being a little gamey. Around 5 in the morning when I was woken up by sweats and shivers, I knew it was going to be a bad day.

I will leave out the detail but I was getting ill before I got to the airport, There was alot of weather (read bumps). I brought a bunch of bags from the airport magazine stands, used them all and landed for the first time in the bathrooom. The flight staff didn't even argue.

On the plus side I caught a 5 foot Dusky shark (pics later this week) early in the day.

How long did it take to pass through your system? My puke streak is still going strong however, somewhere around 15 years and counting. Hope your feeling better though.

My food poisoning lastest 3yrs. - If I ever missed a meal or got "too" hungry I'd get sick.

Each time I got sick I'd spend the rest of the day in the bathroom throwing up till I passed out. Seriously it was uncontrollable. I'd pass out from exhaustion. sometimes I'd get lucky and when I woke up I'd feel better other times it would be right back at it.


Got to love "Tops" Grocery Store Pizza. I used to order it everyday when I worked there in Highschool. Well one time I ordered it and It must have been day old or something. Cause I got sick a couple hrs later.

Wow Eric! I know how you feel. I just usually get sick because of flying. I can't imagine being sick like that, and then having to fly. :ohmy:

3 years? 15 years? Damn I thought I had it bad. I went through the last of the hot sweats with chills on and off last night and have just had a headache since. I have only eaten a couple of small things cause I don't want to press my luck.

I know what your talking about. I had the same thing happen but it was some kind of Flu I picked up in Japan and then I was puking the whole flight about 8 1/2 hours. From Narita Japan to Minn/St.p, then a two hour lay over and same thing from Minn to Minot ND. Then pullin over every 30 minutes to blow, on the car drive from Minot to Williston. I ended up going to the hospital because I was so dehidrated. Not fun at all. It was a crappy way to spend the first three days of my vacation.

I hope your feelin better and get you butt to the hospital and get checked out.

I got food poisoning from Taco Bell once. But they tore that shithole down a couple weeks ago. yay. But as far as Airsickness goes, Im going to be a pilot and I love flying. I have never gotten airsick at all. I just find turbulance as an annoying part of flying but wont get sick from it. And I dont think Ill get sick from doing barrell-rolls, yo-yo's, scissors, or anything like that when Im up in the air.

those of you who have a recurring problem, have you seen the doctor about it? that's not normal. i only toss my cookies when i have a bad flu, or too much booze ;)

maybe your anorexic and don't know it. lol.
