Let me get this right, all OEM 1g 2.0 "intake" cams are the same? and 91-94 exhaust cams are better than the 90? more lift and duration?

No, auto cars have different cams than a turbo manual. I believe all 2.0l manuals have the same cams, turbo or not. If I remember correctly, the lift and duration were the same from my Chiltons maunal (at work). I know that autos are different though.
