Re: Ferguson
It is amazing how little cops interfere with your life when you have a full-time job and abide by society's laws, isn't it?

Re: Ferguson
I can't even look at the TV's at Lifetime anymore. Every single time I'm there, the clinton news network has "Breaking News", of course about these stupid protests happening around the country by the uneducated and uninformed. Sorry folks, something that has been happening in small amount here and there for weeks is hardly breaking news. Every other network luckily is reporting on some sort of news.

Re: Ferguson
A Bloomberg poll indicates that the majority of people feel race relations have gotten worse under the Obama regime. Can't say I disagree... Tensions are running high in this country.

Re: Ferguson
So much for holding hands and singing around the proverbial fire.

Re: Ferguson
Imo the laws need to be changed so that people dont think its ok to attack a cop. the mentality of people believing they can do what ever they want when ever they want has got to be stopped and the only way I see it is to make much much harsher laws that help protect our police.
Last thing I ever want to see is a police officer afraid to do his job. And what people are promoting with the riots, and death threats, etc is that its ok for criminals to do as they please. These protests are sending the complete wrong message. At least in the Ferguson case. Havent read up on the other ones posted above |
Re: Ferguson
The laws are pretty clear about attacking a cop. It's just a new mentality that somehow cops are racist and piece of shit criminals are somehow the voice of an oppressed people. Plus it's a chance for a bunch of welfare degenerates to get a free pair of Air Jordan's.

Re: Ferguson
I really think these chest cams will help a lot, in both directions. I think that a VAST majority of cops mean well and do what they do to protect the general public. That's not to say that there aren't cops who abuse their position, and are just total dicks.
Cameras will hold both sides more accountable. If Darren Wilson had a camera on his uniform there wouldn't be any question about who did what to who. Basically what we have now is some ignorant fucking hoodrats banding together saying they were wronged bu the racist white people. Vs a system that is set up to protect their own. Do I think that Wilson was justified in shooting Brown? Hell fucking yes, so ultimately does it matter that the system can (at times) be pretty biased? No. But again, not to say that it can't be at time. |
Re: Ferguson
The new America. Commit suicide by cop, get a memorial,.... :sasmokin:
http://www.eurweb.com/wp-content/upl...ial-plaque.jpg http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/0...n_7345690.html And in 3,.. 2,.. 1,.. here come the grammar police. :23: |
Re: Ferguson
I hope the tax payers didn't pay for that memorial and it's not going on public property...

Re: Ferguson
Quote:
They left out some lines and made several mistakes in this memorial so here's the proper corrections... "He left an afterglow of smiles when life was done... He also strong arm robbed a convenience store clerk.. He was also a criminal and a bully. We want to forget about all that and act as if that wasn't the reason he died, not as a result of his own actions. But nevertheless, we still want all the sympathy we can possibly get and now that we burned down the city, we will continue to promote violence when criminals are shot and killed for their actions." There we go, sounds correct now. |
