i wont a pair of strut bars from this guy on ebay and its been over 2 weeks and i havent gotten word from him yet. I contacted ebay yesterday and got his phone number but soo far ive only gotten ahold of his wife, he wasnt at home. any ideas?

How did you pay? If you paid with paypal you can retract yor payment for not receiving your goods. If you didn't you can file a complaint with Ebay and they can suspend his account. As far as getting your money back if you paid with a check and it cleared, you are pretty much fucked.

If he had a positive rating, eBay has a policy for getting buyers' money back. I think you can get a certain % back up to $150. You should be able to read more about it somewhere on the website.

Keep trying to call him. If needed, contact his local-area police, sometimes they are willing to help out. My ex-roomie tried fucking some people over on eBay and the police came knocking on my door for him.
