2g gs/gst AUTO transmission

Looking to buy a transmission, preferably one with less than 140k, and not raced. Don't really trust craigslist for something like this.

you need a 96-99 spyder gs 4g64 tranny. not a 2g gs that wold be a 420a tranny
just buy all the parts from marks and make it a 5 speed. the autos in the 4g64 suck

HOw difficult would a 5 speed swap be? rough estimate on time to?
