It's honestly just temporary, I plan on relocating but my car is getting tuned at db this upcoming week and I need a good tie down for the dyno

Re: In need of a battery tray and tie down!
I've probably got a tray laying around but no idea on the tie down. Wouldn't think you'd need a tie down for the dyno tho...

Re: In need of a battery tray and tie down!
u can buy a tie down but honestly u can have a relocate done in no time. if u plan on doing it just do it now instead of spending money on stuff you will not need...

NAPA carries them...or any parts store should. They aren't that expensive. Hell, get a bungee cord, both of my 2gs use one. lol

These guys have awesome ideas for the DSMer at heart.
But seriously, if you have the battery tray and evap canister out, just set the battery on the subframe and be done with it. The negative cable on the firewall should reach, and it is actually pretty secure down there even if you don't have a tie down for the dyno. |
Re: In need of a battery tray and tie down!
I have the tray in there, and I have been using a bungee cord, but they frowned on that haha they said they would recommend getting a tie down, I have one for a 420a, but when I looked at it it seems backwards. I am talking to them today to see how much it would cost to relocate it, simply because the car is already there getting some work done.
