In dash table install?
 

So, I had this thought. I want to install my Asus transformer in to the dash of my Evo! I basically never use the actual radio, and if I did ever want to, it's not like I couldn't just use the tablet to do that.

That leaves me with a few questions.
1) Does anyone know of a way that I could get my HTC Evo 4g LTE (I'm on Sprint if that matters) to do free wi-fi tethering?
2) Can I wire the tablet to the car so that it comes on when I start the car?

Obviously there will be some kind of modal for the steering wheel audio controls to work, and some conversion of power.

Part of the reason I want to do this because of the app Torque. Is there a PC equivalent? I don't see a PC version for that software.

When i was working at lexus we had a few of this come though. Crazy how nice they are and slick on the inside too.

As far as free Wifi for sprint the only way is to root your phone and get a app that way.
